Easy Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles. Could there be a more delicious treat? No, don't think so.
Get started with this very easy chocolate truffle recipe... it makes approximately 30-35 truffles.
 Chocolate Truffles
1. Place the chocolate or coating in a medium bowl.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream to a simmer and then pour over the chocolate. 
3. Add the vanilla and stir until smooth.
4. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
5. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Remove chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and form small balls, rolling them between your hands. Place on parchment paper.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer if needed.
7. Roll the chocolate balls into toppings of your choice. Like more chocolate, nuts or cocoa powder.
Be sure to share such a luscious treat with friends and family. Place each truffle (using candy handling gloves) in a candy cup then fill candy boxes with these lovely bites.
Throw a tea party and let each guest go home with their own little box of chocolates.
