Add the rich taste of creamery butter with a hint of citrus and vanilla to your homemade sweet breads, pastries and buttercream frosting. Use in place of; or in combination with vanilla, almond or spices in bakery recipes. Buttery Sweet Dough adds an extra buttery flavor with a hint of mild citrus. Can be used in recipes calling for real butter, butter extract or flavor. Use 3 teaspoons per 3 cups of flour. Excellent for cookies, breads, pancakes, waffles and fudge. 4 oz. bottle.
Ingredients: Water, Xanthan Gum, Caramel Color, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Propylene Glycol.
