Beehive Cornbread Cakes

Beehive Cornbread Cakes
Recipe made in Nordic Ware Beehive Cakelet Pan
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray Beehive Pan with oil. In a medium bowl, mix ingredients together. Pour batter equally into prepared pan, reserving half of the batter for the second batch. Bake 14-18 minutes or until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. Turn out cakes and repeat baking with second batch.
Prep Time: 15 minutes	                             Bake Time: 18 minutes                                          Yields: 10-12 servings
