Rubber Molds

Make highly-detailed delicious candy and cake decorations. Molded in heavyweight commercial quality gray rubber, they are durable, tasteless, and flexible. Use them for: mints, cream wafers, fruit and nut pieces, maple sugar and creams, jellies, hard candy (recipes up to 290F), fudge, marzipan, pralines, party cookies, decorative butter and fondant.
Suitable for use with chocolate or fat based coatings if a "matte" finish is acceptable and if the molds are chilled before being filled. The candy should be put in the freezer to set up.
