Raspberry Filling

 

Use filling in turnovers, tarts, or between layers of a cake. You may substitute sugar for Humi Sweet to yield a sweeter filling.

Thaw raspberries. Drain and save juice/syrup from berries. Dry blend Instant ClearJel®, sugar, and Humi Sweet. Combine juice/syrup with cold water in small bowl (optionally in blender). Slowly add dry blended ingredients to liquid while whisking or stirring vigorously. Whisk until smooth. Fold in drained berries.
