Pizza Roll Pockets

  • 1 package (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 18 slices pepperoni, ham or sausage
  • 6 sticks of mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425° F. coat baking sheet with nonstick cooling spray.
Roll out pizza dough on baking sheet to form 12 x 9 inch rectangle.
Cut pizza dough into 6 rectangles approximately 4 1/2 x 4 inches. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over center third of each rectangle. Top with 3 slices of meat and 1 stick of cheese. Seal edges over the top of the cheese, pinching the ends closed. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
