Malted Milk Balls
  • 1 cup malted milk powder (CF0028)
  • 6 Tbsp. white summer coating (CC0105-WHT)
  • 1 lb. light chocolate summer coating or chocolate (CC0110)

Melt white coating on top of double boiler. Add malted milk powder and blend thoroughly. Roll mixture into 1/2" balls (if mixture gets too stiff, rewarm) and chill. Dip balls in melted chocolate coating.

Alternatively, you may pack the unchilled melted mixture into peanut butter cup molds which have been coated with chocolate coating (and hardened). Cover and seal filled cups with coating, chill; then unmold.

Close
