Cream Cheese Mints

Combine in bowl:

 2 oz. of cream cheese (room temperature)
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint or flavor of your choice
1-2/3 cups powdered sugar
Food color (optional)

Mash cheese, add flavoring and coloring; mix in sugar. Knead with hands until like pie dough. Roll in balls size of marbles. Place on side in small amount of granulated sugar. Press sugar side in mold, unmold at once.
