Caramel Pretzels

1. Dip thick pretzel rods (10" long) in melted caramel, leaving about 3" uncoated.

2. Roll coated part in pecans, cashews or almonds (use small, whole or large pieces).

3. When set, drizzle dark, milk or white chocolate or confectioner's coating over the caramel/nut portion.

4. Cool on parchment paper
