Barb's Bruschetta Salad

4 plum tomatoes, chopped (or use chopped grape/cherry tomatoes)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
1 bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons (spicy croutons work best)
Grated parmesan cheese (to taste)

Combine tomatoes, basil and dressing; set aside.
Place lettuce in medium serving bowl; top with layers of croutons, and tomato mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
