Apple Pizza

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Sauté 2 teaspoons of garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and brush onto a 12 inch prepared pizza crust. Chop 2 cups of fresh spinach and arrange evenly on dough. Sprinkle on 1 1/2 cups of thinly sliced or chopped (your choice) Red Delicious, Golden Delicious or Granny Smith apples. Blend 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella with 1 cup of crumbled Blue, Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and place evenly over apples. Sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of dried Oregano and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown.
