Superior commercial grade heavy-duty aluminized steel pans - like commercial bakeries use. This 9” pie plate has a unique fluted surface design maximizes pan strength to prevent warping, and denting. It also minimizes surface contact and facilitates air circulation for an evenly baked pie.
