We've made it easy for you by assembling all the tools you'll need to start hot water bath canning of fruits and jellies in one comprehensive set. Complete with 21-1/2 qt. water bath canner (12-1/2" diameter), wire canning rack that holds up to 7 quart jars, plastic canning funnel, jar lifter (for lifting canning jars out of hot water bath), magnetic lid lifter (for removing sterilized lids out of boiling water), bubble freer spatula, canner’s consultant magnet (has ratios of produce per jar, syrup ratios, etc.), and "Ball Blue Book" of canning. (Canner is not recommended for glass or ceramic top stoves.)
