Standard Ground Transit Times

Our goal is to ship complete orders within 48 hours from our receipt of the order. After the order leaves our warehouse, you can usually expect your package to arrive in approximately 10-12 business days.

*Note: The Shipping & Processing (S&P) charges indicated above may NOT be the actual S&P charge for YOUR order. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE S&P CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER due to the exceptions stated below. If we do not hear from you otherwise prior to order shipment, we will accept that as your agreement to our S&P charge policy as (outlined on our website, and) stated below. Final shipping & processing charges will be applied upon shipment of your order.

For orders with "Actual Freight" items: S&P charges for orders with items indicated as "actual freight" items (item numbers ending with the letter "F", or otherwise stated as actual freight to be charged). S&P for "actual freight" items is based on the weight of the order & the destination zip code (plus a small processing & packaging fee).
U.S. orders totaling OVER $225 (of normal S&P charge items): The calculated shipping rate shown above applies only to ground shipments to destinations within the contiguous 48 states for orders under $225.00. The shipping & handling charges for orders of $225.00 or more & within the contiguous 48 states will be 11% of the subtotal of your order. Orders shipped to AK, HI, APO/FPO and US possessions, will have an additional $7.25 added to the 11% charge of the merchandise total.
Taxes: Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Iowa addresses. The total sales tax charged will be based on individual county sales tax rates.

Our standard shipping and processing charges are based on shipment by ground transportation. Should you desire quicker delivery, you have the option to choose 3-day, 2-day or next-day air during checkout. Additional shipping costs will be included in your total. Premium Ground

Upgrade to premium ground for 3-5 day shipping! Rate is $3.99 plus the Standard Shipping Charges. Our goal is to ship complete orders within 48 hours from our receipt of the order. After the order leaves our warehouse your package will arrive in 3-5 shipping days should you select Premium Ground service. The additional charge for premium ground will be included in your total. This charge does not apply to 3-day, 2-day or next-day air.

Warehouse Priority

An additional service for standard ground shipments, where we expedite your order processing within our warehouse.

Street Addresses

We request that you provide a street address, rather than a P.O. Box, whenever possible. This allows us to ship by the most efficient, economical method for your area. Our ground shipping service cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Please note that items ordered together may not ship out at the same time or in the same carton.
