Who can resist? Caramel, chocolate and pecans all in one bite!

Melt
caramel over
hot water or in microwave.* Let cool slightly!

Place pecan halves, 6 per turtle,
onto parchment
paper or a Silpat sheet.

Carefully spoon melted caramel by
teaspoon on top of pecans. Let harden slightly.

Melt
Coco Lite or Dark
chocolate wafers in microwave.*

Carefully pour small amount of
chocolate on top of the caramel. Let cool completely.

Place each turtle in a
“cello” bag
and secure using
wired
closures.

Tie with colorful holiday curling
ribbon for a delightful gift.
*Melting Caramel/Chocolate in the
Microwave
Place caramel or chocolate in a
microwave-safe dish. Cook on 50% power for one minute. Stir again. Repeat at 50%
power until thoroughly melted, being careful to avoid scorching.
