This space-efficient machine has a microprocessor control card the ensures chocolate tempering and holding chocolate to within 2/10ths of a degree. Can melt and temper a minimum of 3 lbs. to a maximum of 10 lbs. of REAL chocolate in about an hour. The Revolation X 3210 has a digital readout, bowl pause, manual temperature adjustment, and a standby mode. It comes with bowl, baffle, 3 pack of scrapers, a baffle cleaning brush, lid and cover.
