Return/Exchange Policy

Our products are selected after careful evaluation and testing. However, we understand that some defects, damage or errors occasionally occur. If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting these events.

Returns and exchanges MUST be made within 30 days. Product must be in re-sellable condition. Shipping & Processing charges are non-refundable. Food items are non-returnable. No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization. Before sending back merchandise for return or exchange, contact us FIRST at 1-800-298-5389. A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided to you, along with any special return shipping instructions. If a RA # is not obtained and merchandise is returned, a credit will be applied to your Kitchen Krafts’ account.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

To ensure credit, merchandise must be complete, properly packaged and include the original product packaging. Return the package prepaid and insured to the return address you are provided. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package for proper processing and credit. Please call us at 1-800-298-5389 for your RA#.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check your invoice to see that the "missing item(s)" are not marked as BACKORDERED (B/O Column). If they are, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. Next, check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment. Please contact our Customer Service Department at service@kitchenkrafts.com or call 1-800-298-5389 regarding any problems or other questions.

For damaged merchandise please contact Kitchen Krafts for replacement instructions. Please retain all packing materials, including the box.
