Smooth, creamy icing in a jiffy. Smaller crystal size than ordinary confectioner's sugar eliminates the grittiness. Use in place of powdered (confectioner's) sugar in your favorite icing recipe and you'll notice the difference. Mix with hot water to make a donut glaze. 2 lb. bag.

This sugar works great. I've been looking for the kind of sugar that bakeries use. This is as close as I've been able to find. Makes wonderful icing.
