Realistic edible 'diamonds' to use on cakes and special pastries. Highlight anniversary, wedding, and engagement cakes to create a stunning cake with the perfect 'icing' of diamonds. Note: These 'diamonds' are affected by humidity - keep in airtight container. Do not refrigerate. Diamonds are .4" diameter (approx 1/4" in size). 12/pkg. You could even turn one of the 'diamonds' into an engagement ring by piping a icing around to look like a gold band.

The sugar diamonds are a very classy product. Really great for wedding cakes and special ocassions.....they actuallly are a delicious conversation piece. I like something different and unique... especially when I want to create a dazzling presentation.
