Mold creates round chocolates with a round swirl on the top. The flexible structure, non-stick, particular polished effect on inside of the mold allows the mixture to fill the shape completely and adds a touch of shine to your chocolates or fondant! EasyChoc molds can also be used in the oven or microwave. Heat resistant to 446°F (230°C) and can be transferred directly from the freezer -76°F (-60°C) to the oven. Use them up to 3000 times - dishwasher safe. Made of 100% food grade silicone. Requires 7 oz. of chocolate to create 15 Cavities: 1-1/16" dia. x 3/4" deep. Instructions included. Vertigo Mold.

"I have been using the less expensive plastic molds to make chocolate truffles for years; melt n mold type chocolate for the outside shell. I gave the Round Swirl mold a try - yes very easy to unmold, although a couple of the truffles broke. I did notice the truffles were not ""perfect"" - the coating did not completely cover the small nooks of the mold probably caused by air bubbles - I feel these two problems were due to ""Operator Error"" - I was so anxious to give it a try I should have paid more attention to the temperature of the chocolate and tapped the mold on the counter to make sure there were no air bubbles - since the molds are not clear - you cannot see if there are any air bubbles. But with a little getting-use-to I think they will work great - proof is I just placed an order in for 11 more molds - Christmas gifts should have a new look this year!"
