Draw your design on this edible, thin "rice" paper with non-toxic pens and fill-in with colored piping gel. When ready to decorate cake, brush reverse side with piping gel and lay on iced cake. Outline edge of paper with icing to cover edge - wafer paper melts into icing surface in about 1 day, leaving your design. Make several designs at one time.
