This tabletop chocolate tempering machine is perfect for the homemaker or hobbyist. With just 2 keystrokes, you can create beautiful chocolate creations at home! Easy to use and very affordable. "After years of making candy and classes on how to temper chocolate; getting milk chocolate to stay in temper and not bloom this machine is a God send. Seems a little spendy at first but with the price of good chocolate starting at about $6 it is worth the investment. Easy to use, easy clean up. Dont know how I lived with out it. Perfect every time!"
