"I've used the Peppermint Redi-center candy filling several times to make chocolate covered mints, and everyone I've shared them with has loved them. I usually use dark chocolate to coat the peppermint filling. It tastes great."
Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil with lecithin (palm kernel oil), Water, albumen, algin, salt, citric acid, pure peppermint oil, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate and sodium metabisulfite (added as preservatives).
