Discover the secret to flaky tender piecrusts! The pastry frame allows thinner dough roll-out without sticking, and prevents overuse of flour which toughens dough. Wire frame and wooden dowels snugly stretch cloth, while the frame's legs hang over edge of counter to help hold it in place while rolling. Cloth is imprinted with 8" and 9" guide circles for pie making. Includes rolling pin cover, instructions, and recipe. 21" x 20-1/2" overall size. Rolling pin not included.

I receved a pastry frame 25 years ago - what looks to be the EXACT same one and I've been looking for one for years now to replace mine as it is starting to showing wear. The frame keeps your cloth in place allowing you to concentrate on your dough. With careful care my has lasted 25 years and I can't imagine making pie dough or sugar cookies without it.
Flakey Pie Crusts

I received this as a Christmas gift from my aunt. It changed my pie crust from a dense bread like thing to delicious flakey crusts. I am so happy and grateful that such a tool exists.
I use mine for cookies too

I bought my first one in 1967. I have given them as gifts for several years. Both my daughters and daughter in law use them too. I don't know how anyone rolls dough without one. This will be my third one as I accidently cut mine when rolling dough for dumplings.
