The cheesecakes baked in this pan look professional. The discs at the bottom of the pan make removal of the cheesecakes easy.

I absolutley LOVE this pan. I make cheesecakes of all shapes and sizes and have found that these are so easy to make. The extra bottoms are a must have too!!!
