Smooth out fondant or sugar paste easily with this larger 8" x 3" flat smoother. Run your smoother over rolled out fondant or marzipan, applying pressure to smooth and even out any undulations before covering cake. Then use flat smoother to smooth fondant on tops and sides of cake for nice straight even sides.
