Use the 7 pre-programmed candy settings or the all-purpose temperature stage to program your own target temperature. Beeps and flashes will alert you when target temperature is reached, as well as a pre-target alert. Temperature range is 14"F - 450°F with auto-off feature after one hour. Use adjustable stainless steel clip to fasten to the side of your pan. Comes with protective heat shield for temperatures above 300°F. Use for deep fried foods as well!
