Create equal portioned desserts, muffins, cheesecakes, cornbread slices, and brownies without any mess. The 2-3/4" square x 1" deep shapes provide 4 crispy edges and perfect portions, each has 1/2 cup liquid capacity. The durable, nonstick coated pan bakes evenly, releases even the stickiest treats, and is easy to clean. Pan is 13-3/4" x 10-1/2"

"I just received two of the brownie pans. I used them tonight for the first time. THEY ARE GREAT!!! Easy to use, easy to clean and makes the nicest size brownie. They will be uneven if you do not fill them to the top with batter. I only had one do that. I am VERY pleased with these pans and I highly recommend them."

"As a retired Professional Baker I still do a little baking at home. I bought 4 of these little gems and have literally put them to the test in the short time I have had them. Wish I 'd of had about 50 or 60 of them when I had the shop. They perform above and beyond their description and for the moderate price I did not expect to receive such durable quality. Brownies, Russian tea cakes, pie, Lemon Bars, Hungarian Biscuits, tart shells, several different scratch cake mixes, cookies,and even baked up some mini lasagna and meatloaf for individual party servings. Some people have mentioned product sticking after the first few bakes. If one uses care and caution (no metal utensils or scouring with abrasive pads and prompt clean up ) you will have no issues. Once you scratch a treated pan no matter how minuscule you are going to have product release problems. Heavy syrups and sugars like honey nut rolls, pecan rolls and sticky buns etc etc you still should spray well with a good release spray.. After removing your baked goods clean your pans up while they are cooling with hot water, rinse thoroughly, dry thoroughly, and put them away for next time use. If you feel you need the soap to degrease use it. Nine times out of ten however if you catch it quick enough hot water and a little elbow grease with a non abrasive scouring pad does the trick. I kept the plastic bags the pans came in and put them back in after cleaning. It allows me to stack the pans inside each other for easy storage."
