"Just a to add some clarity - while this looks cute and fun - this ""melting pot"" would not temper chocolate for candy melting, but only melt it. It is best suited for the confectionary melts you sell or for use as a fondue pot. The book that the site suggested purchase to go with the melting pot on artisal chocolates is of high quality and speaks of the tempering process, and chocolate."
