"This item simple does not work. not strong enough, bends to much, we have a earlier version of this many years ago that did work but this is worthless. using knive is better. still looking for the perfect tool to cut kernels of the cob."

We have been using this style of cutter for years. They have worked great for us even with large ears of corn. We have had to order them online as our local Ace Hardware store (only store in our area that carried them) has closed.

"I bought this tool and attempted to use it. I managed to remove 2 inches of kernels from one ear of corn before this thing broke, total failure. The knife method is tedious but works."
