Easy to use for molding and dipping candies. Convenient wafer form. All colors have mild vanilla flavor. You may add flavor to these coatings, but it must be a flavor oil, such as Lorann's.
Wilton's better!

"We used this product in the middle between Wilton batches, thinking it would give us the same result and it clumped up and burned. This item has a low-burning point and is inferior in quality to Wilton."
Terrific item!

"We've used this coating for 4 years and it's far better than Wilton's! The flavor is superior and it melts easily in a heavy pan over low heat (stirring often) with no scorching. It coats the candy evenly and well and is exceptionally easy to work with. You can't go wrong with this brand! The other reviewer may have used a chocolate that needed to be tempered. We've experienced both light and dark chocolate coatings and many of the summer coatings, too. Our customers are always surprised with the different flavors we add to the colored coatings. They are a sure sell for us! Thanks for offering a great product!"
Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil & cottonseed oils, non-fat dry milk, milk, glyceryl-lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, blue #1 lake, salt and artifical flavoring added.
