Remove skins and seeds from fruits and vegetables without peeling. Simply cook produce until soft, then work the pestle in a rotary motion to force the pulp through the sieve. Stainless steel sieve (6" dia. x 8" high) with chrome steel stand and wooden pestle. Overall height on stand is 10" tall.

"I was delighted to find this! I have one that was my mother-in-laws - at least 60 years old. I lost it for a while and got another model. It did not hold a light to the one like this. I was looking for one for a friend, shopped many kitchen stores, and was delighted to find this!"
