"I love my Kitchen-aid 6 qt and this attachment makes me love it even more. You don't have to worry about the sides of the bowl or the bottom ingredients getting incorperated into the mix. I makes the whole process easier, faster and mixed in half the time with no stopping and restarting at all. I'll never do without one again. Plus it's dishwasher safe!! I love it!"

"I was surprised when I recently purchased this beater blade. It is very light-weight and I thought ""there's no way this can mix up heavy cookie batter"". Boy was I wrong. It works FANTASTIC!.. Best Investment I've EVER made.. Cuts mixing time in half and doesn't add to the frustration of scaping the bowl every few minutes..Well worth the $32 investment.. THANK YOU for offering this great piece of equipment..."

Great with cookie dough etc. / but not bread dough!

"This beater works great with lighter doughs, reducing the need to scrape down the bowl. Last night, I tested it too far, though, and was mixing up a bread dough biga. It snapped the attachment, tourquing it in such a way it can't be fixed. My bad for pushing it too far."

I LOVE my beater. Every kitchen should have one. It is so much easier than having to constantly scrape down the sides. I even bought 10 of these so I could give it to them for their birthday.
