I have used Ball liquid pectin for years in making jelly. it has always worked very well for me. i have made many jams and jellys.

"I have been canning and making preserves for years, This is the first time I ended up with syrup instead of Jam, I followed the instructions to the letter and don't know what happened, Don't know how to fix 8 pints of syrup into Jam!!!"

Ingredients: Water, fruit pectin, citric acid and lactic acid (assists gel), potassium citrate (controls acidity), sodium benzoate (preservative).
