"I like being to choose from such an extensive array of recipes, although I would love to be able to serve a complete meal; for instance like any chutney with whatever compliments it the best."
Better than the Blue Book

"I hesitated buying this book because I'd heard that it was just the Ball Blue Book in a fancier binding. However, it is all that and much more. This book goes into much greater detail on canning processes, including a section on everything you'd ever need to know for success with tomatoes. The recipes I've tried have been great. I highly recommend this book(even if you have the Blue Book)."
