Each type of brine makes 4 pints. So simple and so quick. Approximately 15 minutes of prep time followed by 24 hours in the refrigerator and then you can enjoy the pickles! DO NOT use standard, large dark green waxy cucumbers. Their skin is bitter and the seeds are large, tough and do not take well to pickling.
