Pressure canning is the USDA recommended method for home canning of low-acid foods (meat, fish, poultry and most common vegetables). Only All American pressure canners feature the precision machined Metal-to-Metal sealing system. Easy to open and close and no gasket to wear out. Positive action clamping locks align the cover to the base forming a tight seal. Two automatic venting features provide safety - safety control valve and over pressure plug. Control weight provides simple, accurate pressure control for 5, 10 and 15 psi. Pressure gauge allows accurate, visual verification of processing. Heavy-duty cast aluminum for fast and even heating, with improved stay-cool handle. For non-commercial, home use only. Comes with 1 rack. Instruction and recipe book included.
