I bought this book after reading great reviews on Amazon. I thought the Mojito cupcakes sounded interesting and wanted to try them. Well - they are awesome!! Had intended to cook my way through the whole book but haven't gotten past the Mojito cupcakes! They are demanded at every gathering I go to. Buy this book!!! It's amazing.
