Use chocolate wafers with chocolate cookies or lemon flavored candy coating with lemon sandwich cookies - or a favorite, mint -flavored coating over oreos! The ideas are endless - and the taste is always delicious. Fill partially with chocolate - press in cookie and top off with more chocolate.
