Peppermint Crunch
  • 1 Lb. of white confectionery (summer) coating
  • 1 - 8 oz. bag of red & green Peppermint Crunch
Melt white coating in microwave or top of double boiler and stir in the peppermint crunch. You can increase or decrease crunch according to taste. Spread on parchment or waxed paper and let stand until firm. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container. To create fun treats, pour into cookie cutters to mold and let set. Give as gifts during the holidays!
