Get smokin? the easy way with a Bradley Electric Smoker. This unique self-contained, clean burning smoker requires little attendance. Simply put your food on the tray, insert smoking bisquettes into smoker unit (located on outside of smoker) and set the timer. The Bradley Smoker keeps a consistent temperature to avoid high-temperature gasses, acids or resins that distorts flavor. Each bisquette burns for 20 minutes and automatically advances off the smoking burner. Because the heating element and smoking element are separate, the Bradley smoker can be used for either hot or cold smoking, plus it can also be used as a slow cooker or roasting oven. Approximately the size of a dorm refrigerator, the smoker is lightweight enough to move when not in use. Use your smoker for meats, fish, vegetables, nuts, cheese - almost anything you want to infuse with a smoky flavor!
