Freezing Pie Dough

Form your favorite pie dough recipe into a ball. Roll out pastry on a pastry cloth to size needed and place on parchment paper. Several can be stacked with a layer of paper. Wrap, label and freeze.

To Defrost: Rolled out pastry will thaw in about 15 minutes at room temperature. use as directed in recipe.

Storage Time: 3 months.
