Conditioning Raisins and Craisins

  • Cover raisins in 80° F water
  • Allow to steep 15 minutes
  • Drain Water
  • Allow raisins to stand 4 hours with surface water, if time allows.

*Raisins can be conditioned with flavored liquids (liqueur, fruit flavors, etc.) creating mini-pockets of flavor inside your finished good.
