Designed specifically to core cauliflower, this stainless steel corer cuts the leafy base and core out of the cauliflower quickly. Just push and twist for a clean cut. You are left with large flowerets ready to cook or to break up and serve in salads. Corer is 4-1/4" long and cutting edge has 2-1/2" diameter.
