Gel Ez Pectin

"This 10 pound package of pectin is very economical, when compared to buying little boxes of Pectin in the store. It works just as well in my jellies, as the name brands. The only minor drawback is the way the pectin is packaged, makes it difficult to seal it for future use."

"I find this an excellent product and economical. I make jams and jellies for our local church as part of fund raising as well as for our family and gifts to friends. With regard to an earlier review which referred to the inconvenience of storage after opening the bag, I've found just putting it into a glass gallon jar with a sealing top works great and is easy to use a measuring cup to dip out what you need for each subsequent recipe."
Ingredients: Dextrose, pectin, citric acid.
