Ceramic pie weights keep your single crust pie shells from bubbling up during baking. Weights come in 3/4 lb. pkg. and are washable. Prevent the edges of your pie from burning. One-piece reusable shield rests securely on top of a standard 9 or 10-inch pie. When it comes to serving a “perfect first slice” use our bake-in pie lifter. Place stainless steel lifter beneath the bottom pie crust, bake, cool, and slice along the edges of lifter and lift. Fits standard 9” pie tin.
