Remove skins and seeds from fruits and vegetables without peeling. Simply cook produce until soft, then work the pestle in a rotary motion to force the pulp through the sieve. Stainless steel sieve (6” dia. x 8” high) with chrome steel stand and wooden pestle. Overall height on stand is 10” tall.
