All-American Pressure Canner #921

Pressure canning is the USDA recommended method for home canning of low-acid foods (meat, fish, poultry and most common vegetables). Only All American pressure canners feature the precision machined Metal-to-Metal sealing system. Easy to open and close and no gasket to wear out. Screw-down clamp locks ensure a positive seal.
