Eliminates heavy lifting, boil-overs and messy clean-ups. Use in place of a water bath canner when canning high acid foods. Use year-round - the cover doubles as a 15 qt. kettle or stockpot. Heavy gauge aluminum. 7 quart capacity. Dimensions: 11-3/4" dia.; bottom is 1-3/4" deep; lid is 6-1/4" high. (Canner is not recommended for glass or ceramic top stoves - it does not have a flat bottom.)
