Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline

Slice your vegetables for sandwiches and salads just the thickness you like! This easy-to-use mandoline slicer adjusts to 3 different thicknesses by just sliding your thumb on the switch! The angled stainless steel blade provides efficient slicing for 1 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm thickness. The mandoline has a soft grip and contoured handle for comfort and the nonskid grooved surface provides stability over a bowl. The wider surface can handle large fruits and vegetables and comes with protective finger guard while slicing. Slicing area is 4" wide, and mandoline is 12-1/2" long.
